Today is a new day January 20, 2017~ We have our 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump! It is important that we continue to keep him and our leaders in our prayers.
“The Bible tells us how good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity. We must speak our minds openly, and debate our disagreements honestly but always pursue solidarity. When America is united, America is totally unstoppable.” President Donald J. Trump January 20th, 2017
Dear Heavenly Father,
As American citizens, we confess our sinful condition as a nation and pray for forgiveness and mercy. We pray President Donald Trump will turn to You for Your spiritual guidance as he leads our nation in the days to come. Send him advisers that will be a reflection of You and fill him with Your spiritual wisdom and discernment to solve our nation’s problems, our social and economic issues, and our foreign affairs. Hold Trump steadfast as he deals with the hostility of other nations that oppose the freedom this country stands for and our Christian liberty. Lord, capture Trump’s heart so that he will fear You more than man, and lead him to make policies that will bring glory to You. Place a hedge of protection over him and his family with Your full armor Ephesians 6~ the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. Lord Jesus, all authority has been established by You, so we pray for our chosen President Donald Trump, and our leaders to implement godly solutions to the difficult problems our nation faces. We pray You will find favor and bless this land. In Jesus Almighty Name, Amen!!!
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” 1 Timothy 2:1-6 ( KJV)
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
I have to say the first time watching this made me cry.
Pay close attention to his last line because what he said years ago is now happening and it is very sad.
Red Skelton July 18, 1913 – September 17, 1997
As a kid I grow up watching the Red Skelton Show back in the fifties and sixties. For those who don’t know he was the funniest clown of all time.
Each show concluded with his trademark line: “Good night, and God bless.”
As a schoolboy in Vincennes, Indiana, one of Red Skelton’s teachers explained the words and meaning of the Pledge of Allegiance to his class. Skelton later wrote down, and eventually recorded, his recollection of this lecture. It is followed by an observation of his own.
I – – Me; an individual; a committee of one. Pledge – – Dedicate all of my worldly goods to give without self-pity.
Allegiance – – My love and my devotion.
To the Flag – – Our standard; Old Glory ; a symbol of Freedom; wherever she waves there is respect, because your loyalty has given her a dignity that shouts, Freedom is everybody’s job.
United – – That means that we have all come together.
States – – Individual communities that have united into forty-eight great states. Forty-eight individual communities with pride and dignity and purpose. All divided with imaginary boundaries, yet united to a common purpose, and that is love for country.
And to the Republic – – Republic–a state in which sovereign power is invested in representatives chosen by the people to govern. And government is the people; and it’s from the people to the leaders, not from the leaders to the people.
For which it stands
One Nation – – One Nation–meaning, so blessed by God.
Indivisible – – Incapable of being divided.
With Liberty – – Which is Freedom; the right of power to live one’s own life, without threats, fear, or some sort of retaliation.
And Justice – – The principle, or qualities, of dealing fairly with others.
For All – – For All–which means, boys and girls, it’s as much your country as it is mine.
And now, boys and girls, let me hear you recite the Pledge of Allegiance: I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic, for which it stands; one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Since I was a small boy, two states have been added to our country, and two words have been added to the Pledge of Allegiance: Under God.
Wouldn’t it be a pity if someone said that is a prayer, and that would be eliminated from schools, too?

State Requirements on Pledge of Allegiance in Schools
As parents we have hopes and dreams for our children. In 2008 when my 23 year old daughter called me and told me she was pregnant, my first reaction was not one of joy. See I had hoped she would one day find a good man and they would get married, then she would have a child. I never pictured her getting pregnant with no husband, so the shock and my first response was one of disappointment, which made her very upset. The second time she called me she said she was just going to have an abortion, she thought this is what I wanted. It was my first response that made her question rather to keep her baby or not. I told her no and that I was sorry for reacting as I did, the Lord would not want her to take the life of her baby. So even though I was not happy with the way this happened, I knew as a parent I needed to give my daughter support knowing this was no fault of the baby coming. I know my daughter would have suffered great pain in having an abortion. She fell in love with her baby while in the womb and for her adoption was out of the question. It would have been heartbreaking if my daughter had chose to have an abortion and my little precious grand-baby would never have been born.
I want to ask this important question and please pray about this. Is having an abortion robbing one the opportunity and hope of eternal life? We know abortion robs the physical birth (born of water), but does abortion rob the second birth of the Spirit. Jesus said in John 3:5 “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. On thing is for sure, giving birth to a child offers Hope of Eternal Life.
So Beloved!
~Pro-Life Prayers~
Prayer to End Abortion Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life, And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters.
I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion, Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death by the Resurrection of Your Son.
I am ready to do my part in ending abortion. Today I commit myself Never to be silent, Never to be passive, Never to be forgetful of the unborn.
I commit myself to be active in the Pro-Life movement, And never to stop defending life Until all my brothers and sisters are protected, And our nation once again becomes A nation with liberty and justice Not just for some, but for all.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen!
Redeemer in the Womb Lord Jesus Christ, You took our human nature upon Yourself. You shared our life and death, our childhood and adulthood.
You also shared our time in the womb. While still God, while worshiped and adored by the angels, while Almighty and filling every part of the universe, You dwelt for nine months in the womb of Mary. You were our Redeemer in the womb, our God who was a preborn child.
Lord Jesus, we ask You to bless and protect the children who today are in their mothers’ womb. Save them from the danger of abortion. Give their mothers the grace to sacrifice themselves, in body and soul, for their children. Help all people to recognize in the preborn child a brother, a sister, saved by You, our Redeemer in the womb.
Prayer for the Helpless Unborn Heavenly Father, in Your love for us, protect us against the wickedness of the devil, protect those helpless little ones to whom You have given the gift of life.
Touch with pity the hearts of those women pregnant in our world today who are not thinking of motherhood.
Help them to see that the child they carry is made in Your image — as well as theirs — made for eternal life.
Dispel their fear and selfishness and give them true womanly hearts to love their babies and give them birth and all the needed care that a mother alone can give.
We ask this through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Right to Life Prayer In these troubled times when all our Morals and values are under attack, There is one struggle we all must share For those who cannot fight back. I speak of the unborn child – No more oppressed minority can there be. Why is he denied his one basic right In America , “the land of the free’? Some say it’s a matter of free will, Others say it’s an individual’s choice. I say that all who care must speak out For those who have no voice. The taking of a human life Brings shame upon all. The murder of our children Is a crime we must outlaw. So if we raise our voices For the cause in which we strive, We can prevent this slaughter, And protect our right to life. “I have set before you life and death, Blessing and curse; therefore choose life, That you and your descendants may live.”
At the time of conception life is formed, we must all pray for a better way to help those who feel they are not able or willing to raise a child.

Abortion Alternative Resource List
If you or someone you know is experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, here are some agencies who can help.
Most of these organizations operate nation wide, and/or can provide you with resources in your area.
If you have had an abortion and are suffering from the grief caused by this decision, you are not alone. There is help out there for you. Here are some groups who may be able to provide you with the support you need.
In early June 2010, I realized we had a bee problem inside the wall of our home. I started making calls to try and find someone who could remove them. I really did not want to kill them and the more I learned about bees, the more I was determined to save them. First bees are very important for our ecosystem, without them we would lose our crops. If one has them exterminated the hive will remain in the wall and it will draw roaches and ants plus it will cause mold and a big mess inside the wall.
"Before I Go"
When my life has reached its very end,
And I take that final breath;
I want to know I've left behind,
Some "good" before my death.
I hope that in my final hour,
In all honesty I can say:
That somewhere in my lifetime,
I have brightened someone's day.
That maybe I have brought a smile
To someone else's face,
And made one moment a little sweeter
While they dwelled here in this place.
Lord, please be my reminder
And whisper softly in my ear ...
To be a "giver," not a "taker,"
In the years I have left here.
Give to me the strength I need,
Open up my mind and my soul
That I might show sincere compassion,
And love to others before I go.
For if not a heart be touched by me,
And not a smile was left behind ...
Then the life that I am blessed with,
Will have been a waste of time.
With all my heart, I truly hope
To leave something here on earth ...
That touched another, made them smile
And gave to my life ... worth.
